By this time next week....

I hope to have my new computer. I did it! I ordered myself a fancy Dell notebook and I am very happy about it. I can hardly wait until it gets here! Our desktop is a Dell, and we've always been happy with it (up until right now, but I don't think it is the computer itself, but the fact that it is bogged down and needs to be cleaned up). So, it should arrive sometime next week. I've got to order the attachment for my modem so I can get wireless access.

On the homefront, Griffin is taking lots of steps but still finds crawling a bit more convenient. He also started saying, "hat" yesterday. Right now, he is sitting in his stroller, screaming his lungs out, so I guess I'd better wrap this up. We've been at the library for music class, now must get Camden home and fed, and ready for school. I am really hoping I can get down to the library sometime soon, after hours, and post something a little more interesting. In the meantime, thanks for sticking with me!

I'm so glad you ordered a laptop. I wouldn't last long without a computer either. We have wireless at home and it's great. Comes in handy too when using an online recipe - I can set the laptop right on the counter and read it from there.
I'm impressed that you've been able to keep up with your daily postings! You are very resilient.

I give you credit for ordering the new computer. Purchases like that freak me out (we just bought a laptop because our home computer was literally 10 years old) and I freaked out (and still do) about the purchase. A big part of my freaking out has to do with the fact that I swear every computer I touch is smarter than me and has the one goal of stressing me out.
One more thing, we still have dial up and have not yet made the plunge to wireless yet...maybe someday. It is sad when your mother's house is more technilogically advanced (I am typing from her wireless laptop at her house right now...sigh.)
