Super Fat Tuesday

Yes, it is Super Tuesday, but it is also Fat Tuesday, people! Camden and I love a good party, and Mardi Gras has it all - - beads, masks, craziness, and sugar. What more can you ask for?

That crazy-looking cake in the middle is a King Cake - - we made one last year, too.

My own little creation - - the muffaletta panini. I used this recipe for olive salad (with a couple of minor changes) and slapped it all on some ciabatta bread (without the mortadella though - - you can't get that in this one-horse town!) and grilled it on the George Foreman. Yum.

Looks like a great Fat Tuesday at your home. I just love the presentation of your table, it looks very inviting. The sandwich looked delicious, I haven't found anything in WW that looks that good!
