My own little creation - - the muffaletta panini. I used this recipe for olive salad (with a couple of minor changes) and slapped it all on some ciabatta bread (without the mortadella though - - you can't get that in this one-horse town!) and grilled it on the George Foreman. Yum.

Looks like a great Fat Tuesday at your home. I just love the presentation of your table, it looks very inviting. The sandwich looked delicious, I haven't found anything in WW that looks that good!
