Finding His Voice

I'm on cloud nine because I finally got to see the movie, The King's Speech. Yes, I know that it is about to come out on DVD in a couple of days, but I had really hoped to see it on the big screen, and as luck would have it, it was playing at my local movie theater this weekend. It really is an amazing (and true) story about King George VI (the present Queen Elizabeth's father). It was so well done, and it is pretty clear as to why Colin Firth won the Oscar for Best Actor. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go and visit with my good friend Google about George VI - - one of my favorite nerdly pass times. Carry on!

I was so happy this morning to see all your posts! I love reading about you and the boys.

I haven't seen The King's Speech yet, but will have to rent it one of these days.

Thanks for all the great updates!

Thanks Jen, I think it comes out on Redbox on Tuesday. I'm tempted to run out and rent it and watch it again.

I've been all kinds of preoccupied the past few weeks and so my blog kind of goes to the wayside. I wish I would quit doing that, because when I sit down and do some writing, I always feel so much better! Here's hoping I can keep on a regular schedule. :)
