Life Is Good
Here we are, on the eve of yet another Friday, and I'm not quite sure where my week has gone. I had so many people tell me, when I was getting ready to become a stay-at-home mother, that the days would d-r-a-g by, that I would go insane with the boredom of it all. It has been nearly 2 1/2 years, and I can't say that I've been bored yet. Caring for two little boys, my husband, and taking care of my household keeps me busier than I could have ever imagined. Yes, it is challenging at times, but I feel so thankful that I am at home. If, for some reason, I found out I had to go back to work tomorrow, I think I would break out into a cold sweat. Now, I am off to spend some time with Steve, because it seems the boys are actually staying in bed tonight.

Days only drag by when you aren't enjoying them. Enjoy the moment!!!
That is such a cute picture of you and the boys.
The days do fly by!! My how things have changed...for the better!
It's been almost 14 years of staying home with my girls and I can tell you I haven't been bored either!! There used to me a slogan about Navy wives that said "Navy wife, the toughest job you'll ever love..." I think that slogan is more suited for the stay at home mom - Great picture, by the way!!
Montserrat - you are right about that...even on difficult days, I am still enjoying myself way more than when I was working outside the home.
Lisa - I think you are right...now that can be our slogan!
I spoke too soon last night...Griffin would NOT go to sleep, and ended up sleeping on his mattress, on the floor next to our bed. Luckily, that doesn't happen too often!
Nice photo of you and the boys Heather. Enjoy every moment of being a stay-at-home mom, believe me! The time flies right by.
Even on my hardest days at home with the kids, not once did I ever wish I was at work instead! At a spa, yes, but not at work. :)
